I have been on the program for about a month now and have seen some gains in thickness but not in length. Can anyone give me advice that has gain lengths quick? How long did it take and what kind of gain did you see?

hi m8 try my post about the exersize i do :) my m8 did this from a old site and handed it to me and he got a good gain from it who knows it may be able ta help ya out i hope so :)

ok folks i have varied a exersize and want ta share it with u ta see if any of u get any gains.
ok the exersize goes like this.
1.get ur penis ta a near semi erection. not hard just a bit of blood in it.
2.stand up straight or sit on a chair letting the penis drop down.
3.apply lubricant to hands and penis.
4.take hold of penis using the ok sign.
5.now force penis down into the scrotum and milk tightly till head of penis enlarges.
6.milk to the head of the penis and stop.hold a second and start again
6.make sure penis is not as hard as it would be when jelqing normaly.
7.i do 200 of these a day 100 is sufficent i would say

hey darren :)
no gains as yet m8 as its my first week on the program but i started this exersize as part of my program at start.
i can tell its havin some effect as my penis is no longer soft at the end of the exersize it seems as tho the tissue is all tense and harder.
my friend who followed this technique had good gains and it helped him to an inch in length and was allso helpfull with his girth.i am just waiting ta see what affect it has for me

please could you send to me all exercises available to increase length of the penis and increase the head size.
please by sending all exercises informations you are helping me to increase my self confidence by elongating my penis.

Here's a less than comprehensive list of exercises.
Jelq (Standard, and many variations [Advanced, One handed, etc])
Long Shlong (Regular, heli [as in helicopter, i think])

Try this length exercise taken from Penis Health: "You need a partial or full erection to do this exercise - preferably fully erect. Using your left hand grip the penis tightly at the base of the shaft. This will automatically start to reduce the blood flow. Apply enough pressure so that you can feel the flow of blood into your penis. If you have a small penis, then using a small rubber band could be appropriate here. Make sure your penis is semi erect but preferably fully erect.
Now using this same hand apply pressure to the penis by gripping tighter. With your other hand start at the base next to your other hand and apply pressure bringing your hand upward towards the head. Each stroke should last 4-5 seconds and beware you are NOT masturbating you are simply moving the blood around the penis and stretching it to increase length in the future" ;)

would this be the HM or after u reach the head that is one rep, and it should be done again, or do u milk back downwards.. Up down motion or just a up motion???

Actually you are in the good page if you have seen at least some changes in your penis in a month. Give it a more time and your penis would grow in length in correlation of you girth penis. Everyone is different and the rate of change in people's bodies is different. Some people might gain faster or slower depending on the health conditions. I think that average people would take three to six month until they optimistically see the penis length gains. Anyways, What kind of method do you use for PEing?
