ive been doing some good workouts and than i read some diffrent post and combined my PE to exerciesing with this routine...

10:30- strech in all directions
10:00- 200 jects
20-35- super slammers

and than one day i noticed that the top left side right below my head it was all swollen (didnt hurt at all) and there way A LOT more skin, so i took 2 days off and than decided to maturbate and that took the swelling and extra skin down completly so i continued. to make a long story short now what im streching i can feel the puffy part and feel A LOT more skin compaird to the right side. what should i do? im worried that i might haved cause some serious damage, has this happend to anyone? and what should i do?

DragonTamer7, you should take a couple more days off then ease back into the exercises. It is most likely a fluid buildup and it needs proper healing in order to continue exercising safely.
