Hi,

I'm just wondering. Why is it that most (if not all) PExcersises have to be done flacid or semi errect? I find it very difficult to stay flacid whilst doing the excersises. This can be very annoying as it takes up so much more time because i'm waiting for my erection to go down before I can move onto the next rep, which can't be good? seriously I get arroused very easily what can I do?

Had the same problem first few months when I started out. Jelqing when erect can put too much pressure on your blood vessels, when you're new to PE (i.e., not a seasoned veteran). This can lead to some blood vessels starting to get a little gnarly looking, even if you're careful.

After a while, you get used to the exercises. Your tolerance starts to increase, and your body becomes trained and conditioned to do PE without getting all excited and thinking it needs to orgasm after only a few minutes.

If you can't get the erection to go down, just try to do stretching exercises, without stimulating yourself too much. Eventually, it will learn to cooperate. When you start out, your body thinks it's supposed to reach orgasm, so it starts getting over-excited. You've got to re-train it.

Hey Test

There are a few advanced exercises that require a full erection... the ferrari slider blasters and the supra slammer are examples... but i suggest at least 2 months of PE before you try these... i know most people say at least 3 months... but i've been at this now for 2 and i'm starting to incorporate these exercises into my routine...

Be warned though... i tried a slammer in my first month and the left side of my penis started to sting lol.. i suppose that served me right for jumping ahead.. i'm ok now though.. i returned to the basics and i believe i've built up enough tolerance like Momo was saying; and my penis is now better able to deal with the high pressure these exercises exert...

Hang in there.. keep doing your semi erect jelqs... try perhaps with your last 50 or so to have an 80% erection, this will expose your penis to the pressures of the more advanced stuff... be careful though... you must be disciplined enough to stop if things are uncomfortable... we're all different so dont over do it.. it's often said that PE is not a race, if you get an injury you'll just slow your own progress or even worse permanently damage yourself.... take care.

Good luck my friend.
