Hi i'm new here, and got a questing about jelqing.
I don't got hemp oil, massage oil, vaseline, ... to do the jelqing exercises... and i know you shouldn't use soap.
So is it ok to use butter or something like that? (to be honest, i started one week ago and've been using butter already, i hope that isn't bad...).
thnx in advance.

Butter would work fine, but that is kind of an expensive mess. I think the best thing for wet jelqs is baby oil. Johnson is the brand name that most people think of, but there are other brands. The important thing is that something labled as baby oil is designed not to irritate sensitive skin, to be a good lubricant against abrasive rubbing, and it has some healing properties. It is also cheap.

thanx for the advice :)
Rovan,
Turtle's recommendation to use baby oil seems like a good suggestion...definitely cheaper than all that butter :)
I use a personal lubricant called "ID Glide." I find it to be longer-lasting than baby oil, and it's a lot more viscus. When it starts to dry, you can just add a bit of water or spit (because it's water-based), which makes it last a lot longer than just squirting some more out of the bottle every time.
As a member of penis-health.com, I learned about all this on Elisha's Advice Line. The only "drawback" some might find with this ID stuff is that it's more expensive and may not be readily found at the grocery store (you'll probably need to go to an adult store to find it). Try not to be discouraged by the cost...it's well worth it and lasts a really long time.
Thanks for the question...it took me a while to find decent lube too and I'm sure this will help a lot of the other newbies.

Thanx everybody for helping out, and cost isn't really a problem ;).
