pc flexes and frequent urinating

Ive been PEing for about 3 weeks now and doing PC flexes everyday. It might just be me but I noticed that flexing my PC muscle makes me have to urinate more frequently. Has this happened to anyone else? And if so is there any way to fix it? Thanks in advance

Hi.
I've had just the opposite effect.

For the past 8 yrs I've noticed I've had to urinate frequently. I went to the doctor and they said nothing was wrong with me.

But since I've been doing the PC's that I learned from this website I have found that when I feel the urge to urinate I can control it and not have to run to the bathroom.
I work outdoors and when your working with other guys on a project you can't just up and leave, not to mention that bathrooms aren't always handy or easy to get to.

I can suppress it even for a couple hours now which is a great relief to me!

Well that's my experience anyway.
