Hello all! First off let me say I am stoked to start this workout! I signed up last night and read though all the content on the exercises. I have adopted the sit stretches to my daily routine. I sit at computer all day so this is a very easy add-on for me. After work I plan on getting started with the basic workout. Wish me luck… for I am off to bigger and better things. My size currently is roughly 5.75 long erect and 2-3 long limp. I will post actual measurements tonight.

you should measure in bone pressed lengths because it is always consistent and you will see your gains more accurately, in my opinion

I agree! NBPEL will give you an extra confidence and happy boost if your losing weight aswell as doing PE ;)

But for accurate like he said.. use BP
