Excess skin when penis is flaccid.

Since I've been doing these exercises for about 3 weeks I know have excess skin near head when flaccid, is this normal?

yes i have the extra skin as well...it doesnt seem to hurt anything

this ta me seems ta show u its workin :) keep at it is my advice and that skin will come in handy when u get ur gains:)
