I've been going for awhile now and I like what I'm seeing, but my main problem is finding enough time to complete a 30-45 minnute workout all at once.... Would it be ok to do a 15 min workout say in the morning and another 15min at night or would this not be as productive.

Split routines work fine, just remember that you need a warmup/warmdown for both sessions,
