Is this normal?

Hi, I just started the penis-health 7-10 minute beginner workout and is it normal if it burns when i pee?

While a slight burn with mild discomfort can be normal for a beginner, it is not normal if there is severe pain and discolorations, such as a deep dark cloudy yellow or brown urine discharge.

If you are still concerned by this, then I suggest that you seek the advice of a professional Urologist or Physician.

Although this will vary from person to person. I personally think that it would subside as your penis become acclimated to your exercise routines...say about a month...maybe sooner...maybe later. :o

yea, it only hurt for 2 days and then it stopped. :D
