When you go to the work out plan it says stick to the beginners program for 5 weeks then make your own.PH recommends a custom 40 minute workout.In the beginners workout it has you doing no more than 5-7 minutes max in week 5. Although when you look at the workout plan under milking the cow it says "if you are a complete beginner start with 275-325 milks per day.So, if you do 300 milks taking 1.5 seconds per stroke it will take 6.5 minutes. In week 2 it says do 10-15 minutes and week 3, 20-25minutes.Im confused, this is not clear how long is the free consultation available
