can anyone describe what this is

over on thunders place i was reading uli's post he talked about a pinch grip or a u grip for jelqing and doing a uli. thanks in advance i really like this excercise so please help... :)

wow, no response. I just wondered how different this grip was versus the ok grip that we use for jelqs.
And btw, I still havn't used it.

Just use the OK grip, they are all basically the same idea.
