My cock is as thick as my arm but as short as a door stop.
What has everyone found is the best idea for length? I'm currently doing the long schlong heli and the sit down stretch on the 30-45 minute workout.

I agree with matt_3214, sgretch your brains out and you'll get the best in length. Throw in some Under-the-leg stretches and 150-300 reps of moderate erection-level jelqs (wet, not dry) and you'll have a decent routine.

I have been on the system for a month now and I have seen absolutely no gains in length. I used the extender and do long schlong heli, power stretch and jelq and hold. What can I do to get more length??

Short, intense stretches in different directions, but the bulk of the stretches being done seated/lying pulling your penis pulled towards the floor.

:D Are these short intense ones the 2 second ones. Also I do my long schlong standing and my V-strech sitting. Is that OK. As far as the 300 med erection jelqs, is that better that higher erection for length.
:sm33 My routine is warm up, 4 sets of Long S at 15 secs mainly down Down, Left Down Right Down, Down again and Up, Now V'strech 7 to 9 min, Then Jelq and hold full erect sitting 15 sec hold down and sides. The Jelq but I mess around and edge I'll stop that, but in this 10 mins I do squeezes and random soft short intensity ferraris or a tiny bit needling. 4 tunica streches the ones where you roll your penis and pull 30 secs. Last 10 to 15 weighted PC flex and warm down.
;) I gained for sure some already but am not sure what gains I'll see this month. I take PSP. Somebody or everybody please critique this and polish it fr me. I am going for length all the way but and all around work out is great in my book to be improving in volume along the way. But for now in inch in length to put me at 7 nbpl flat I'll be the happiest ever.

Any stretch 30 seconds and under would be considered intense- the best stretches are usually about 10 secs in duration.

Big Al what kind of exercises gave you this results I want to gain more length but I don't know which exercise is the best to fast result and effective my pinus is nine c.m in 100% erect and I want to know that you gain 3" in three months only by doing the exercises? please help.

I did jelqs and light stretches the first month, then heavy stretches in all directions and squeezes for girth thereafter along with a lot of PC/BC work.

going into my 2nd month and havent had much gain after a quick gain of only about a lil more than 1/4" in about my 1st or 2nd wk of PE...i'm kinda optimistic now about my goal of gaining at least 1" by the end of the summer

I'm glad that your still optimistic. Your probably a hard gainer and your just going to stay dedicated. I kind of know what I am talking about here because I am also a hard gainer. 1/4 inch is great, but I know that sometimes that monthly measure is going to be O, sometimes a little more than that. Remember a paltry 1/8 inch becomes one inch after 8 months. Sounds a hell of lot better when you think of it that way. Stick with it VITAL, I think that you have the right attitude.

i was going into pe thinking its not gonna work for me, but i was really surprised with that quick gain in length & girht...so i started getting more motivated, but since then there's been a slump in gains...i just hope its only temporary...but then again i'm still gaining in girth
