hi there, I have been doing PE for almost a month now. I know that's not long for you guys and I shouldnt really see any gains yet and I havent. I got a "free consultation" from ph.com and it was said to do this
The Wake Up Cloth 3 minutes
The Long Shlong 5 minutes
The Jelq 5 minutes
Pressured Long Shlong 5 minutes
Jelq & Hold 6 minutes
PC Weighted 4 minutes
The Wake Up Cloth 2minutes
I do the wake up cloth. then i do the long shlong but i go over 5 mins cause that seems too brief.. I usually do straight left right counting that as one set . i do about 3-4 sets of those and am holding for about 25 secs now. I then do the jelq. My question with the jelq is whether i am doing it right. When i do it i have a strong grip and basically I have a semi-erection and am pulling away from myself forcing the blood to the head of my penis. I am not totally sure if that is the correct way to do this so info on that would be nice. I then go back to a couple sets of long shlong again and then go to jelq and hold and when i do that i basically hold my grip so the blood being forced to the end is just being held there for a few secs. i then proceed with the wake up cloth.
Is there anything wrong with my routine? Will i see gains from this? Or if you guys have any other routines or ways to modify mine that see better/quicker results I am all ears. I am also not too aware of alot of the abreviated sayings are so if you happen to say one explaing what it is would be awesome too.
