View Full Version : Need of some good advice here.

hi there, I have been doing PE for almost a month now. I know that's not long for you guys and I shouldnt really see any gains yet and I havent. I got a "free consultation" from ph.com and it was said to do this



The Wake Up Cloth 3 minutes
The Long Shlong 5 minutes
The Jelq 5 minutes
Pressured Long Shlong 5 minutes
Jelq & Hold 6 minutes
PC Weighted 4 minutes
The Wake Up Cloth 2minutes

I do the wake up cloth. then i do the long shlong but i go over 5 mins cause that seems too brief.. I usually do straight left right counting that as one set . i do about 3-4 sets of those and am holding for about 25 secs now. I then do the jelq. My question with the jelq is whether i am doing it right. When i do it i have a strong grip and basically I have a semi-erection and am pulling away from myself forcing the blood to the head of my penis. I am not totally sure if that is the correct way to do this so info on that would be nice. I then go back to a couple sets of long shlong again and then go to jelq and hold and when i do that i basically hold my grip so the blood being forced to the end is just being held there for a few secs. i then proceed with the wake up cloth.

Is there anything wrong with my routine? Will i see gains from this? Or if you guys have any other routines or ways to modify mine that see better/quicker results I am all ears. I am also not too aware of alot of the abreviated sayings are so if you happen to say one explaing what it is would be awesome too.

i couldnt figure out how to edit my thread... anyways. to add to the 1st post.. how many times per day should i be doing this? i do my main work out in the morning and sometimes at night but not as long. and is the 3days on 1 day off method a good way to go? thanks guys.

Dear fellow PEer,
Although I'm not a veteran (2 1/2 months of PE) I'll try to help you by telling you what I was told when I started.
First of all, like most of us, you "wasted" your free consultation too early. What you got is an elementary beginners' routine. I did the same and never used it.
Secondly, in my opinion, you should split your "length" and "girth" workouts because of the lubricant involved in girth exercises (you can't stretch with lub on).
Finally, start counting reps and not minutes.
For your second month my suggestion is as follows:

Warm up
Length routine:
Long Shlong - do what you do but in 5 directions (straight, left, right, up, down) and hold for 25sec. By the end of the month you should do 5 sets and hold for 30 sec.
Long Shlong Heli - 10-12 reps (30sec each / 10sec straight, 10sec up and 10sec rotation). Add 2-3 a week to reach 20.

Girth routine:
Jelq - 120 (3-4sec concentrated reps). Add 20-25 a week until you do 200. Don't forget to use lubricant!
This should be enough for your girth workout but if you want you can also do 50reps or so of Horizontal movement.
Warm down
(150 - 300) PC flexes anytime during the day.

If you do your girth routine at a different time of the day remember to warm up.
You can do that on a 3-1, 2-1 basis (2 days off a week).
I know that everyone's different, but from this workout I gained 0.25 in length and 0.2 in girth in 40 days.
