When I read through the exercises it never states taking time off. Yet I have read on this board some people state that they exercise three days and take a day off, excercise three day and take a day off etc. Can someone please comment on this and tell me if there is a benifit to taking time off compare to doing the exercises everyday? In other words, can you still see results when you take time off? Or, does this depend on the person.
