Hey all, been looking over posts and even looking at the website www.sizegenetics.com and all it all looks pretty good. So my questions are... I do the excersizes from www.penis-health.com and use the device and the pills? And by a month or 2 I should see some results? Hehe, I've read some bad things about using devices, this one is alot more safe? I see that people using it have no probs if using as directed. And if I stop using it, my gains should stay ya? Thanks in advanced for my n00bish questions!

My advice - if you use full SizeGenetic package, then you don't need to have device for too long time, becouse exercises do part of work for you, so you will have a signicifant gains and your penis will feel better than using device these 8 to 12 hours.
In general, SizeGenetic help in lenght, and with exercises you can boost lengtening process and go also for circumsize!

Ya, I read that you only wear the device for about 3 hours, it's safe and is on long enough to help? Does it help in girth too? Thanks!

I don't think it will help on girth. The sizegenentics strategy seems to be taking two things that both work: manual exercises and a traction device and combining them to get faster gains. The pills are suppossed to help with recovery. I would suggest doing the exercises and gradually bumping up the more intense exercises following the progression outlined on PH.com and from users here while trying to follow teh traction device plan simultaneously working up to the point where you are at 8 hours or so a day. I just do manual exercies now but I am planning on integrating the sizegenetics into my PE as well as much as I can in teh Summer.
Regardless, you can't expect super fast gains. At best you can expect maybe 1/4inchi in length per month. Anything over that are really fast gains, any gains are still good. Just think about it, even gaining 1/8th inch per month would add two inches in about a year and a half. For most of us, thats all we want/need.

In general, device helps for lengthening tisues.
For girth, you have to use exercises.
This method guaranties that if you will do properly at last one of the methods, you got gains in one or another area. And if done all right, gains will be much better.

Well, in PenisHealth is several sections of exercise types, like these for girth length, ejaculation control, and more to name here.
Chose what you want to improve and then take a look at sample workouts for beginers, combine there your exercises and go. anyway, you don't need more than 50 min per day, and have 1-2 day between for resting.
