View Full Version : No Gains - Please Advice -

I've been doing PE now for 3 weeks, - just finished my third week. I now realize I've had no gains. My workout goes 5 days then 2 off. At first I though I was gaining since my head seemed to be bigger, but nothing else has grown. I'm fuller,longer flacid but not erect (which is what matters). My workout

4 minutes warm up with kegals
1 Long stretch - out, left, right and up for 20 seconds - 3 minutes
400 reps of wet jelq. - 15 minutes
4 minutes warm down with kegals.

Pushing down on pubic bone and measureing on top, I measure about 7 long and 5.5 girth presently

I've also been taking arginine every few days to promote blood flow. I don't know if I'm doing jelq wrong or what. I'm giving a strong stretch when I do. Thanks for all your help and advice. I think maybe 3 months and start to ask questions but 3 weeks? Give yourself some time and stay consistant

If it's any consolation, my ending goal isn't even what you're naturally starting at. :D If I hit 7 inches within the next three years, I'll throw myself a party to rival Mardi Gras.

scott773 it is to early to see results yet. stick in there for a month and then check ur results. try not to measure so often.

...but I saw gains immediately, within 3 weeks. Seriously, my erect length has gained 1 inch, I guarantee it. Here's my routine:

3-4 minutes with hotpack wrap for bloodflow before stretching, at least.
8-9 minutes of stretching exercise, I vary the stretching routines so I DON'T always do the same exercises.
10 minutes of power jelq and hold; I don't count reps
10 minutes of the horizontal movement (OMG my hands are tired after this one, fingers cramp)

That's been it so far, but it began working immediately. My wife will testify to that :) Now she bugs me about doing my exercises regularly. I was barely 6 inches erect before, and I'm easily 7 right now. I'm excited about the prospect of getting to 8 inches, but I may concentrate on girth exercises for a while first to improve my width.

BTW, this is NOT a bogus post, I'm a real person who didn't believe in any of this stuff until I tried it. I figured it was worth the 50 dollars to prove it to myself once and for all. I don't mind eating my words right now :)

it also may be because u do 5 days on 2 off. try doing 2 days on 1 off or 3 days on 1 off. someone told me that to. i was doing 1 day on 1 day off before and he told me i should try 2 days on 1 off or 3 days on 1 off

Enlargement typically takes more time than 3 weeks. Some do gain appreciably in that time frame but not many. You have to view this as a long-term project (and if you'd read through the forum you'd have seen this mentioned at least 30 times) so don't get worked up over nothing. You wouldn't expect to put an inch on your arms in 3 weeks would you?

Thanks for the posts and encouragements. I'll have to switch to the 2 on 1 off routine - what's better 3/1 or 2/1.
Maybe I should do more stretches vs jelqs.

3 on 1 off and 2 on 1 off each week is, in my opinion, the best way to schedule things. 2 on 1 off as a regular schedule is a little to liie.

Hello,
Thanks Turtle - 3/1 and then 2/1 sounds good and I started that this week.
Please tell me when doing jelq I lose erection and jump from 80-50% during jelqs- Is it ok to keep going thru workout changing percentage like that- Also are you supposed to squeeze hard and pull hard in jelq or just stroke? Thanks so much.

Turtle - could you maybe suggest a workout routine in 2 minutes or less. I'm into my fourth week. I want equal lengh and girth gains. Thanks if you can- and thanks Kidego for yours. I might incorperate some jelq and hold in routine.

For the next three or four weeks increase your Long Schlong to 5 reps @ 30 sec. in each of the five directions. This will give you a more balanced workout, considering that your doing 400 jelqs. 400 jelqs should take about 20 min. if your doing them correctly.

Thanks. So you say 5 reps at 30 seconds in all directions. All five reps at once or split up to some before and some after jelq session. As for the jelqing I want to make sure I'm doing right.

It's tough for me to tell on erectile percentage -but I do know if I'm at about 70% I don't stay that way for long and go down in percentage. Is it ok to keep going as long as I don't get below 50%. If I change in erection percentile through workout will I still get even gains.
Yes 400 - 200 with each hand does take about 20 minutes. How many seconds should each rep be. It does seem like sometimes I go slower over some areas vs others - just tough to stay exact. How long is one rep supposed to take. How hard do I squeeze and pull. I full appreciate your help in this since I might be doing it wrong. I know you say to stop at the base of the head though.Thanks again T. By looking at your gains, it seems as though workouts are working for you. Thanks again for the help - Also how long did it take for you to get first half inch. .
