penis growth question...

hey,
i was wondering about what parts of the penis are easiest to grow and what would be the hardest to grow. i have looked on here and seen many suggestions.
what would be convenient is a list or something. say, first on the list is the easiest to grow/stretch/develop for most poeple. the bottom of the list is the most difficult...
something like...
1. skin... stretches easily with constant force.
2. uh.. blood vessels .. also have to stretch and grow or develop to help a growing penis because it brings blood to create and feed erections..

something like that could be helpful to a lot of folks.

Since you can't affect most of the areas of the penis without affecting the other (foreskin restoration being one exception) this is kind of a meaningless question. And since there are no proper medical studies done on this we can't really know for sure. If you take care of stretching the ligs and the tunica the rest will take care of itself.
