Either do a search or check the Enlargement Progress Tracking forum. Plenty of routines there and plenty of talk about whether they work or not.

Then maybe you need to read a little closer. Chances are that any replies you get in this thread will hacve the same information that can be found in the Enlargement Progress Tracking forum. Like I've told you (and countless others): the info is there, do the work.

Check out the newbie forum. This question has been asked several times and there are newbie routines posted all over the place. Do the work.
