Hey guys, I just signed up to PH and i was wondering which exercises i should do first?... Since i am a beginner the only thing i really see suitable for me is the warm ups and the long shlong exercises... After one month i will get the custom workouts what what can i do for now? Thanks..

Currently i am exactly 5'...

try the routines the have at PH. that should be alright for atleast a month. do the beginners routine.

Wrong!! Don't throw away your free consultation after a month. After a month you should just be moving up to the intermediate workout and you're still a newbie and as such you won't get the most out of that consultation. Like matt_3214 said, follow the routines at PH, they're well laid-out and give an all-round workout.

Hey dude--im the same --a newbie, been doin the excersises for only 4 days and i feel and look better. havent even recieved the pills yet?? hopin and expecting good things
