First lemme say thanks to people takin time out the read this n all that :P. Aight, first question I have is if there is anyone that can point out/state the beginners workout for 20-30 mins or 30-40 mins. In other words, is there a specific routine that fits that time frame in the beginners workout? Also, what is the best excercise for girth increment; I'm thinking its the Jelqing technique, but is that really the most affective? One more thing. Can anyone tell me some results they've gotten from the SizeGenetics system and how well it worked for them? I'm interested in buying that product, but not entirely sure if it's worth it until read some real review and results. Thanks again people :D
