Hi all,

I have a question about this warmup exercise.

It says "MILK the penis by pushing the blood to the head, once you have a solid erection and all the blood in it that you think it can take use your thumb and forefinger and create a ring against the base of your penis and hold the blood in. This gradually stretches the penis. Now stretch your penis to the left, right and forward as this will start to enlarge the penis and allow more blood in it."

When I do the stretching, am I suppose to still be holding the blood in still?
How do I stretch it? Grab by the head and pull?

It then says "Do the stretching a total of 12 times and then leave the penis to rest for a few seconds allowing the penis to become flaccid. Now do another 12 stretches."

What am I repeating 12 times? The milking part or the stretching part? I'm reading it like:

Milk the penis
Hold the blood in
Release the blood
Stretch the penis 12 times (3 to left, 3 to right, 3 to center)
Rest
Stretch the penis 12 times (3 to left, 3 to right, 3 to center)

Is that right?

u just do a normal stretch after the workout.

How many times do I do the workout though?

Is this the workout:

milk the penis
hold in the blood
release the blood

If this is one workout, am I suppose to do this 12 times? And then stretch between each workout?

the way I understand it, is to:

1. milk the penis
2. hold the blood in
3. hold the blood in and do 12 stretches any which way
4. release the blood and then repeat?

I had the same kind of questions and this is what iv come up with.
-stretching should be done flaccid (limp) so what i do is , create a ring and begin to milk until allmost erect , then apply more pressure as you get harder. once you have a solid erection and blood full in the bell you hold the blood in at the base by again creating a ring.For how long ? i dont know , i hold for about 15sec.From this point it doesnt clearly point out but i would think you would stretch the normal way , which is in a flaccid state so what i do is stand up and become flaccid then stretch left , forward ,then right and reapeat 4 times for 5 sec per stretch ,then repeat the above again.

am i doing it correctly????do you strech when hard?or what?
please clarify for us daryn or someone who knows
