What are some good ones to reccomend? I dont want to end up with the baseball bat lookin rod here in half a year :P

A number of people have found that hanging increased the base girth. In trying to avoid the baseball bat effect, the most important thing is your concentration. Think about what your tendencies are when you jelq. You start at the base by squeezing and starting to slide towards the head. As your slide progresses you have a tendency to increase the pressure of your squeeze, then as you get near the end of the slide you tend to release the squeeze pressure a tad. This is what causes the bat effect. The trick is your concentration. Select a level of squeeze intensity and maintain that level of intensity throughout the entire motion of the jelq. This is not that hard to do. You just need to be aware of your tendencies and concentrate on not changing your degree of pressure.

Real, if it hasn't happened don't worry about it, if it has or you really feel you want a bigger base do what I do. Get your unit at about 20 to 30% erect then with one hand grab the glans (head) and pull out as hard as you can, then take your free hand and dig your OK grip into the base as far as you can, release head and dry jelq the base for around 50 reps @ about 1 second reps. This is a modified pee-pull that has been around for a while so as the name suggests do this throughout the day whenever you go for a leak.

Yea, its not totally happening yet, but the makings are there. I think most of it was created after years of masterbation. Ive been doing some downward jelqs but they are pretty intense compared to the natural way :)

I feel that I would really like a bigger base as well and I would like to ask you a few questions about that workout. What exactly do u mean by "dry jelq the base"
and how do you do it, like normal jelqs but this ones affect just the base and last for 1 second ? So how long are you doing it, do you see some good results ?

This is a perfect thread guys because it addresses overall fitness and growth of your cock.
Always stretching or jelquing in one direction will get you so far then the gains stop. I have experienced this. The reason is, you haven't given your cock the all around stretch it deserves.
The base of your cock is where you will actually realize most of your gains. By stretching and jelquing in all directions the base will get larger, allowing your cock to be pulled out, develop on its own and grow larger on the base you prepared for it.
It’s very similar to a plant. Every Gardner (me being one of them) strives to insure his plants and flowers have a solid base to support the life it gives. Otherwise, poor preparation and care will just have you watching the plants you love fall over at the first hint of rain or windstorm.
Maybe this makes sense to some of you. If not, just look at icebergs, or skyscrapers. They only show what is on the outside. Below the surface is where the actual mass and strength is.

Thanks for such a good advice, it's always great when you feel that support from all you vets out there who made some real gains. Actually I kinda need a new workout and was wondering if you could please suggest me a good one for both lenght/girth. I'm PE-ing a little over 2 months and right now I'm based just on my girth workout. But I feel I need to move one a bit cause I've read that after doing just girth for a period of time, length comes harder...and I need both. I was really pushed more into it after reading your reply to one of the guys saying that you put a lot of hours and sweat into it, like you became obssesed with it. I'm starting to feel it as well and I'm willing to do anything just to get those gains a bit faster. So please if you could just post me a good solid routine for both length/girth, it would be really appriciated right now.

Hi Falcon. So then jelq in all the directions you would for the powered schlong then right?
Also I have found that jelqing seems to add to length as well as girth would you agree?

Yes, I'm already joined in the Penis-Health and I know about the videos and exercises. But all of that makes me a bit confused sometimes, should I follow the exact instructions as on the site or listen to more experienced vets from the forum who actually made some gains. So, the only thing I want to know is should I really push it as much as I can, and do long exercises, cause I read that you did so and said about your great result, or... just take the intermediate advanced set of exercises and follow them for another month ?

Follow the exercise routines. Don't be afraid to substitute an exercise if it's too complicated or just plain feels crappy when you do it. There are many exercies that will fit you to put up with one exercise that doesn't fit.
Last, Keep it simple. Go back to fundimentials of what you are doing and analyze what is and isn't working.

Cool, I'll change it to that then. I guess I need to experiment and give some time for gains to show more. Then I'll know what's really working for me and push that exercise harder.

Just do the simple stuff then add as you go. I think the key is always go back to the basics over and over again. That's what I do with my hobbies along with my work in life. Everytime I do this I my eyes open a little, become better at what I do, see positive results and proceed to kick myself in the butt for straying from the path!
In the PE world there are only a few true experts along with a few sites that can show you the way. Time and experience will reveal who they are. Most so called experts and sites are only trying to make money and take advantage of our need (in my case, frothing desire) to get something the easy way.

I already have the makings of the baseball bat :mad: but Im trying something to combat it.
First Im adding HM to my workout and then when I do my slide blasters(horse440)
for 10-15 seconds I then keep the grip tight at the bottom and jelq downward. I feel intense pressure at the lower regions of my tallywhacker. Its actually kinda painful but not overbearing pain.
