Ok here's what i need guys Advice Advice Advice. Ok i joined this site about a year ago. When i started peing it was going good. Well now with all the shit i have been reading lately iam gettin scared. I have heard jelging is bad for you, pe can cause penile dysfunction, as well as other things i really don't like to hear. Sometime for about a week i go through this phase where i cant get a dam hardon, and aint really horney at all, this time i think its from stress but sometimes i think its from peing. I really don't know if this is safe, sure the site say's join its as safe as lifting weights. I feel like i have been taken for a ride. I want a bigger dick but dam is it worth it if i can't get hard or fully hard. All i do is stretch, jelg some horizontal movement and some ferrie heads sometimes that is. On the other hand sometimes i can't keep my bonner down this i like. Not gettin it up is what i hate. Is this shit in the long run gonna hurt me? Do i stop keep goin should i change what should i do guys what should i do???

In my opinion keep doing it! Almost everything in our short lives can be dangerous if we don't have the right approach or attitude. In other words don't overdo it, do the exercises carefully and listen to what experienced PEers say.
I've read many things about PE, both negative and positive, and made up my mind in favour of it. Some wise people once said: Moderation in all things!

Although PE is about making the dick bigger, don't forget about KREGELS. They are, in my opinion, most important. Kregels give you stonger erections more control. And what are kregels... why they are a penis exercise.

I agree with you but try kegals not kregals. They are not an exercise related to increasing the size of the penis, but if you improve blood flow the level of hardness of the erection certainly has some effect on size. They are constantly recommended bedause of the blood flow effect, and very importantly, the effect on controlling ejaculation.

Thanks guys i know all about kegels but the exercising i was talking about was more in the area of stretching the penis and jelgs. Kegels do work well and they make my head swollen with blood but i don't know if jelging and stretching ferrie exercises and the others are safe. I do about 50 quick kegels and 5 20 second hold kegels.

well im sure there are all sorts of opinions out there, heres mine, ive been doing pe off and on for about 6 months, been hard to keep consistent because of school/sports etc. but i have gained, and my penis looks much healthier, fuller and my erections are harder plus i last longer and get a hard on everytime i even think of a boob. so its great. my 2c
