hey guys well like it says im new here and just got a few questions, im below the average size at 5.44" when erect, and ive been reading some of the threads and i cant seem to understand the jargon used like PEing and jerj or something rather, just want to know plain and simple what i must do to gain length and girth. thanks alot for your time

Welcome to the forum. Go the Newbie forum and give the first set of threads, the stickied ones, a good read. These will introduce you to the language and all that stuff. Also give some thought to joining Penis Health. The site provides a detailed set of routines, descriptions, and guidance. I think PH is smart money spent.
