Ok here is the deal. I have been reading the forums for a while and from the majority of feedback it seems like the highest gains come in the first few months. And I think it is safe to say that gains come from the highest amount of stress through exercise without injury. So what is wrong with doing the Supra's girth exercise and the advanced long-shlongs from the start? As long as you know how to do the exercise properly and do not injure yourself, what is the problem? Wouldn't the tissue in your penis respond better when it is filled to the max with blood from the very start. For example, look at the traction devices. The devices don't increase pressure as you go along. I am just throwing this out there. I am in no way saying that this is 100% accurate. Bottom line: If you don't injure yourself, wouldn't it be benefitial in the first few months?

Possilby but the chances of injuring the dick is high dude. Ive only done light exercise throughout my first year. Sure i havent gained 2 inches but i haven't majorly injured myself. To tell u the truth when i first started i noticed great improvements, but down the road i experienced some problems when i just increased my workout minimaly. U got one dick no sense rushing into something that can set u back months even years. I thougt the same thing u did when i began just don't overdue it man

Don't count on being a quick gainer, some of us are hard gainers. My first month I gained 1/4 inch and my second month I gained 1/8 inch. I stuck with it and I am rather pleased with what has happened. Don't worry about how fast, just worry about consistency, dedication, and intensity and everything will work out fine.

Pretty big IF though, isn't it? How would you know what the proper intensity is for PE exercises if you have no experience? And if you have no experience, can you do the exercises properly? There are too many variables that can actually go wrong in PE and even though it's far from brain surgery or rocket sicience there are still a number of things you need to understand, some of which (in my opinion) you won't be able to understand without some beginner's exercising under your belt. What you're saying is akin to going: "well, theoretically I know how to drive a car, so what's the harm in trying to run laps with the big guys at the Daytona 500 as long as I don't hurt myself?" Problem is of course that you've never driven a race car and you've never driven at that speed on an oval course. And when anything goes wrong, and the odds are that something will, there is a very definite chance that the problem will be a big one. For the Daytona analogy you'd probably end up in traction (at best), for PE you'll probably end up with serious discoloration (again, at best). So your question hinges on a logical dead end, namely: EVERYTHING is OK as long as nothing goes wrong. So you might as well go throw yourself off a cliff because you'll be alright as long as you don't hit the ground...

Very funny but your right. I guess I thought I wouldn't learn too much more after 5 months of jelqing. Regardless, seeing as you do have more experience, I'll take your word for it. But... really... you do have something going there... What if you don't hit the ground?? :)

That's the principle of flight, jumping and not hitting the ground. I do have more experience than most and I don't tell people to go slow without reason. I've done most of the mistakes I caution against. For instance, I have discoloration on the unerside of my penis from doing too much too soon and from what I can tell that's settled in to become permanent. Injuries in PE suck because it's your dick!! Who wants to pull out a huge dick that loooks like it's been beaten with a hammer? (I'm just glad it's on the underside at that my dick is naturally pretty dark. As it is now it only really shows when flaccid and then not many people get to see that part of it.) So stick to the straight and narrow and you'll get bigger and you'll have a good-looking dick as well (assuming you don't have a really funky one now of course :p ).
