Hey i just got the program in today and tried out all the excercises..im not sure if i did them right but i tried them all out. i have a 6.4" length and i was wondering if 7.8" (which i was hopeing to gain by the end of may..) sounds like a realistic goal.Im really excited about this program i finally got it and im really excited about it..but does that sound like a realistic goal?? I was thinking about working out with the program 7 days a wk for an hr a day. Is that a good idea or should i change it up some? But im really excited about the program it took me 2months to get the money together for it and now that i have the program ahh im really really excited..but does my workout time schedule thingy sound good??
Also i take Advocare..its a body nutrients thingy mostly helps you gain back electrolites really fast so you can work out longer and harder its not a sterioid its a powder you mix up with say gatorade or a powerade or something while your working out it just hightens those so you can reproduce the stuff your body needs to work out longer faster..anyways i was wondering if that would help me out at all in gains.
But anyways what im most concerned about is if its plausible to go from 6.4" in length (erect) to 7.8" (erect) by the end of May.. its now 04/20.
