will I gain even if I just do 200-300 jelqs in a day? I always do other exercises but it seems that jelqs are the main 'gainer' right now. I do jelq and holds too when I say that. Any thoughts? I am in a little rut and need to change it up. the Uli is the other exercise I use. My last question is that I always do dry jelqs (uncircumsized) will lube help in gains or just for less friction?

I'm sure you will gain just by doing the jelqs... i'm not sure whether you'll gain faster if you did other exercises too... since i've not just concentrated on one exercise, AND all our bodies react differently so where you may gain fast.. other people doing the same thing may gain slowly... *shrugs*
You are right in saying that the jelq is the "staple" of PE... but in terms of length gains you've got to think about stretching ligaments and the jelq doesn't do that as well as a concentrated length exercise such as the long shlong... so.. the choice is yours... personally i gained 1 inch in about 2-3 months doing the long shlong and long shlong heli so i can't recommend them enough... i advise that you do them...
In relation to dry or wet jelqs... i've always done wet jelqs simply because of the "friction" i dont know whether one is better than the other, perhaps one of the veterans can answer that question... the way i look at it is, the purpose of the jelq is to move blood around the penis.. whether wet or dry if you feel you're doing that.. then... it should work...

Wet and dry jelqs are very different techniques and really shouldn't be confused. For the wet jelq you slide the hand over the skin, preferably keeping it from moving with the hand. (A physical impossibility really but it helps to think about it that way.) For dry jelqs you slide the skin against the tunica while the grip doesn't move over the skin.

Hey WG what do you think of the Long Heli and the Pressured together as a combo? As effective or about the same?

it does the same effect tho does it not (dry and wet)?? I am not circumsized and do drys all the time. I hope that it does, let me know.
