can anyone show some clinical studies that show that PE works? and or people that say it does not work? I myself am a believer and continue to do this, but for future gains.... a doctors 'yes' would be nice to see.
Thanks :D

I don't really know/understand the theory of why PE works but it does so I really don't care. I know that since I started PE I've made solid gains in girth and some added length and my erections are ten times stronger and harder and I can last longer. As far as I can tell PE has done nothing but good for my dick. Look at the enlargement progress threads and you'll see plenty of evidence it works. If you don't beleive it then go ahead and stop, you'll be missing out though on significant gains you can make.

And you will probably never see this. There is no money to be made in PE for the medical profession. Accordingly, the only comment that you see is that the only way to enlarge the penis is with surgery. They can make money on surgery.

PE has been around for thousands of years. Honestly, though - the only reason any of us here have come to learn about it as much as we have, is because of the internet. Think about that. Thousands of years, it was a closely & quietly kept secret of certain cultures. And now, in the past ten (10) years, it has become something we can access the techniques, discuss them, etc., something that was really not possible only a few years ago.

Just on my own, I don't know if I EVER would have thought about 'Jelqing', and all the other exercises. Probably not.

Anyway, it does certainly work. I guess I should have documented my progress better. But honestly, the progress wasn't my focus - making my body the way I wanted it was, and is, the focus. I'm not looking back. But if I do think back, for just a moment - it's crazy to even doubt that these techniques work. Because they certainly do. The progress I've made is quite substantial. To the point that when I see myself in the bathroom mirror in my underwear, and I notice a giant bulge, and I think "man - that's almost getting TOO big - it looks kinda scary, even to ME". :D

It's just like body building, though. Some guys - understand nutrition better, and just intuitively know what to do, when they go into the gym. Therefore, some will make more progress than others. But the possiblilty is undeniable. I ASSURE you.
