6.5x4.75 Hey could someone please tell me what i am doing wrong. I have been pe for 6wks now with no gains whatsoever. Maybe i am expecting things too soon. I pe 3 days on and 1 rest day. my routine is one that i recieved in my free consultation. I try to jelq at least for 20-30 minutes with a power jelq device. All up 40mins per session.

We can try but you'll have to be much more specific about what you do. Warmup? Stretching? etc. I personally have no clue as to what your consultation routine looks like and even if you've posted it on here once I don't know where it is. (If it's on here at least provide a link to the thread it's in.) So be specific and maybe we can help you.
That said you also have to realise that in PE 6 weeks isn't very much. There are those who have seen no gains in the first month or even the first two months. Heck, I've talked to people who didn't gain at all for the first 6 months until they found the routine that worked for them. Patience and presistance is the key.

Thank you for the reply. My routine starts with a warm up with a hot cloth for around 3min. Then I do the long shlong for around 8 mins. Followed by horizontal movement for 8 mins then i jelq for around 20 mins. finaly I use a hot cloth for a warm down for 2 mins. do you think this is enough? I recently purchased a size genetics system so hopefully that will get the ball rolling. Sorry I forgot to say that i use a power jelq device in my jelq routine.

Your routine is about 25% stretch and 75% girth. If that is what you want that's OK. Try this thinking for the LS, 4 reps @ 30 sec. each in each of the five directions. This would increase your stretch time to 10 minutes.

Convert your HM and jelqs to reps. 20 minutes of jelq if your doing them at the proper speed is about 400 jelqs. You'll need to figure this out given what you have been doing.

thnx for the info. sounds like I am not doing enough. When i stretch i only hold for 10 to 15 secs. My jelqs are no where near 400 hundred either. I do them with the power jelq device usually around 100reps but i do them really slowly. I think i will change things around and see what happens. hopefully i can find what works for me. My main goal is girth with that alone i would be happy.
I have recently revieved the sizegenetics program and I am wondering how the hell you are supposed to wear the thing for 9hrs a day plus do the exercises plus work and sleep. wearing the device when you sleep would be ok but then you have to take it off every hour which would mean no quality sleep. The things we do for a few inches. Is the pe necesarry when using the traction device and taking pro solutions pills.

The PE is necessary. The pills are a supplement to PE, and the traction device is a compliment to PE.

I have raised my intensity with the jelqs to 400 . Yesterday it took me 1hr today i got it down to 35 min hopefully tomorrow i will work out exactly what speed i can jelq 400 in 20mins. I have also increased my stretch time to 30 secs feels much better. thanks for the good advice. I have decided to wear the device after my workout which i finish after coming home from work at around 5pm. Which means i take it off at 2am seems to be working in fine so far. I was feeling a bit unmotivated because of the no gains but with these changes i am a little exited so fingers crossed.
On recieving my size genetics system i viewed the disc witch come with the product. It tells you everything that you need to know about the traction device. what i dont understand is that is says clearly that pe and enlargment pills are a complete waste of time. This statement was from andromedical. www.andromedical.com so why are andromedical and penis health in partnership
when one party doesnt believe in the other, seems a bit strange dont u think...?

Actually it's not unusual at all. You have three different organizations whose primary agenda is to promote and sell their product. The advertising and discussion related to their product does not concede anything to the competition. The fact that these three products are combined as a package does not mean that the organizations must rewrite and change their basic marketing strategy. The marketing strategy for the combination stresses the advantages of a combined approach, notice the name of "Size Genetics", the individual products have different names, Penis Health, ProSolution, and Andromedical. The advertising strategy for the Size Genetic product is different than the advertising strategy for the individual products. Remember we are talking about advertising and all advertising is shaded in particular direction that is consistent with basic marketing strategy of the organization and product.

Well is suppose i will just find out for myself whether or not pe is a waste of time personally i have faith in it. I have worked out my jelqing so i am happy with that. Girth is my main issue at present with my pe. Hopefully the traction device will do the job in the length department. sometimes when i am on the chat line in penis health i hear all the gains that members r making with only a month or two pe ing. Makes me wonder what i am doing wrong. Now realising that will take time and that everyone is different. I have set mysellf a goal of 1 inch in length and girth in the next year. Thank you for you advice you have been very helpful i will keep you posted with any gains that i make along the way.
