Hello to everyone in this board. This would be my first post. I began PEing about a year ago and stayed in it for only 3 weeks and stopped completely because it took away too much of my time. During that little time however I did manage to see a little bit of gains but it wasn't enough to keep me motivated. I just gotten back into it about a week ago after not doing anything for an entire year. Starting as of last week I decided to go for 3 days on and one off. I measured myself over the top and was only 6 in. in length and 4.9 inches in girth. About 3 days after my first PE routine I noticed that my penis was harder and longer. That was pretty unusual so I grabbed a ruler and a tape measurer. It was then 6.75 in. in length and 5.25 in girth (I meticulously measured it because I was very surprised). It was only my 3rd day PEing after not doing it for an entire year. I stayed in my routine and now I'm going into my second week. Now here is my question..... I made those huge gains and remained persistant with my routine but for some reason they did not stay. I do realize that I find it hard to get aroused sometimes or that my level of arousal isn't at it's peak. I could acheieve an erection and jack off but I don't feel that I'm getting my erection to it's fullest. Because of that I'm back to measuring at a solid 6 in. and sometimes even 6.25 in. in length but the girth still remains at 5.25. :confused: (Also take not that none of my measurements are bone pressed) Is anyone here familiar with this problem? It's really stressing me out and I feel like quitting again already! My goal is to reach 7.25 in. in length and 5.50 in girth before I turn to a pro-extender and some pills. Ok..... The other questions I have are "Would masturbation affect your gains?" I heard 3 hours before or 3 hours after is "ok" and also hear from others to do it only during off days. Another question I have is when doing the Long Shlong exercises how intense do the strecthes need to be? I notice that if I try to pull too intensely my hand loses grip on the head or I feel discomfort. Thanks so much for the help guys.
