I've been doing PE for about 4 days and i have noticed purple bruise on the bottom of my penis(shaft). Is this normal? About 1 cm in diameter..

I really don't want to call it normal, but let's just say it's not unusual. As long as there is no pain, I wouldn't worry to much about it.
