Here is my story, I have been doing PE on and off for almost two years. Actually, to be honest, I have been consistent for about a month and would get discouraged and would take time off until I was motivated again. This has led to 0 gains.

I am now back and ready to give it 100%. Since I have been away for a while, I am starting off slow. Here is my routine that I am going to try for the first month:

3 on 1 off 3 on 1 off.....

2-3min warm up
10 @ 30 sec. Long Schlong
20 @ 30 sec. Long Schlong Heli.
15 reps Pressured Schlong
200-250 Jelqs @ 2-4 sec

How is my routine? Please any feedback would be appreciated. I am going to try this for a month and then try incorporating some more advanced excercises.

My current stats are EL: almost 6" (5 7/8") and EG: 4.5".

My short term goal is to get to 7" EL and 5" EG. My long term goal would be 7-8" EL and 6" EG.

If you can stick with the 3 on 1 off, that's a real good approach, but I think it is more difficult because your workout days and rest days are always changing. You have had trouble sticking with things in the past. I really think you would be better off with a 3 on 1 off and 2 on 1 off weekly schedule. Set it up so the same days are always on and the same days are always off. I really think that this will help you. Your exercises approach looks fine just make sure you include a warmdown in your routine. Your routine is a little heavy on stretch, so think about adding 25 reps per week on your jelqs and bringing that up to 300 reps. Other than all of that I would say welcome back and good luck.
