Hello there friendly people!

Wow, it's been ages since I've been on here. Well, good to see it's still booming with activity.

Anyway, I've been off the routine ( like many others as I've been finding out ) and I'm going to restart. Or should I say, I've re-started already for a week now. I've re-started a few times before, but it was always met by some kind of injury from restarting too intensly ( even though I didn't think it was too intense...) So now I've started with an incredibly easy routine to get my friend ready for bigger things to come ( no pun intended ). The routine right now consists of:

3 min warm up
3 sets of 30 sec long schongs ( front, each side )
100 jelqs seperated in 4, 25 rep sessions.

And that's it. I've also been doing pc flexes for 30 min a day on my "on" days. What's funny is that I've already measured gains of 1/2 cm. Not big, but it's better than nothing. Oh and I work out on Mon,Tue, Thu, Fri. So I get the benefit of establishing a routine.

I just ordered 4 bottles of prosolutionpills so I can give it a full go. I've also read the ingredients and they give alot of other benefits apart from pe wich I like. Anyway, that's my story. I'll be checking in more from now on to keep me motivated.

Keep at it people!

Welcome back wohoo19m. I remember you, since you and I started that same summer. Your routine looks fine to get you back into things, but don't forget the warmdown. I would suggest doing the routine for two weeks, then add the up and down directions to your long schlong, and increase to 5 sets. Do this for two weeks and add 25 reps of jelq each of those weeks. At that point I would say you were ready to move on to the intermediate level exercises. My main point is, as you have already discovered, that as a vet your tendency is to want to do a more advanced routine, and that's when injuries happen. Fight that tendency and be careful and hopefully you will stay with us for awhile.

I remember you too turtle :). I see you've gotten some good results also. And your a mod now hehe. I wonder if I would of been a mod if I'd stuck around all this time ;) Your routine seems about right for the first month. Now I just need to figure out the proper exercises that I should get into for that second month, and not get into those more advanced exercises like reverse jelqs and super jelqs just yet.
