yesterday i wrote what is goin on talkin about how i used to be 8 inches but have lost about an inch and a half from no where. some one wrote bout some exercises that would help me keep the gains but they didnt tell me what they were, what are the exercises? also, the 8 inches i had did not come from doing the exercises i was born with it, but for some reason my penis will no longer become fully erect, it is hard for me to put a condom on and my head size is not as big as it used to be neither is my girth, and it is also hard for me to penetrate without a lil concentration because my semi-erect penis bends as i enter. tell me what to do to get back to the 8 inches i was born with.

Start doing kegels/PC flexes every day and see if the condition improves. Just search the forum and you'll find descriptions for a number of exercises.

Very strange situation. Probably, your helath and lifestyle had to do with it something. Like sitting job or something. Do some exercises, as other suggest. Should help.

ebon is right, try working on your pc muscle. Your shrinkage could be due to a # of factors: heavy drug use, smoking, prescription drugs, age and lack of exercise, etc. but it sounds like you're just having trouble getting and maintaining 100% erection, which means you'll probly benifit from some pc exercises.
