View Full Version : Making Gains Evenly

When jelqing I find that the middle of my shaft gets expanded more than the area close to the base. For the vets out there, do you do any specific excercises that focus on the lower shaft, or does the lower shaft just gain as the middle and top safts do?
Sorry for sounding like an amateur when I shouldn't be. But up until now I've almost exclusively done length work, since my length was only average and my girth was good. But i'd like to make it a little thicker anyway.

Here's a thought, I know Hanging tends to increase base girth. I don't know if you want to bother with hanging, but it might help. I know that I have always tried to focus on consistent pressure with the OK grip. If you think about it, it's kind of natural to tighten your OK grip as you slide and then lightly ease up as you reach the end. At least I think that is a normal reaction, accordingly I always try to make sure that I don't do that. Does it work? I don't know, but I must be doing something right bercause my girth gains are fairly consistent. I'm sure that Ebon will fix that link, and hopefully that will give you some better ideas.

Let's see if this link (http://mens-network.com/forum/showthread.php?t=3478&highlight=reverse) works better. If not, go to the Advanced Exercises forum and find the thread "Reverse Trap Jelq" (currently on page 3).

I also recommend the reverse jelq, it's a personal favorite and it has "evened-out" my girth along the shaft.
