I have been doing PE for a 3 months now and I have hit a plateu. I need to change my workout but dont know how to put one together. I just got the size genetics device and need a workout that it will work good with. I havent got any gains in girth though. my workout so far is:
wake up cloth
Long Shlong Heli- 5minutes
Jelq- 300 reps
Pressured Shlong-5minutes
Jelq and Hold-7minutes
Horizontal Movement(dont think it works)-4minutes
weighted PC flex- 6minutes
wake up cloth
Right now I am at 6.8 inches NBPEL and girth is 5 inches. Please help me change this workout and any advice on my girth. Thank you so much

First, try to split stretch and girth workouts. That'll make for a new stimulus that might break the plateau (actually, just adding the Size genetics extender to the mix might break the platueau). Second, for the next 4 weeks your girth work is as follows:

warmup
300 wet jelqs
5-10 Ulis
cooldown

After those 4 weeks are up you can probably return to the original workout and squeeze out a little more.

Be real careful, the sadsak slinky is just a goofy name for erect bends. It is real easy to injure yourself with erect bends. I think that they are dangerous and not worth the risk.
