Hey guys! I just started joined the club and have yet to start this exercise program. I was wondering if I could get several replies to this post concerning if this would be an effective plan.

Blood Bending - 3 min
Pub Flexes - 3 min
Long Schlong 3 min
Milking - 5 min
Girth Pub Flexes - 3 min

Do I need to alter it in anyway?

How long will your free consultation be offered Darren?
Thanks to everyone who replies... I really need some experienced people replying as well as some who just know what they are doing.

chico ive been on for 2 mo and have gained almost an inch in girth and 1/2 inch in length...i would try more time on milking..but above all else try darrens consultation,,the workout for beginners helps alot

Stubby - here is something else I have been doing and wonder what you think. Everything I go hit the latrine I do at least one series of long schlongs if I can while at the urinial. I do l/r/front and then one straihgt up and one straight down for a total of 5 for one set.

But u found how message board how cunning of u :)

The member forum is changing soon so u will have to follow us around a bit.

By the way guys the new videos and pics have been shot, 3 different sized models doing the exercises.
