I just began to PE about 2 1/2 to 3 weeks ago. My routine is..... Warm up for about 5 minutes, The Long Shlong - 5 sets in all directions (15 - 20 seconds each one), Pressured Long Shlong - 15 - 20 sets, regular jelqs for about 20 - 25 min. And a warm down for about 5 minutes. As a result of all this exercising the head of my penis feels swollen and every time I attempt at stretching I begin to feel discomfort. How many days should this take to heal? I can still perform over 500 jelqs a day without feeling any discomfort but I also want to incorperate more length exercises. Would any of you expirienced PE'rs recommend for me to cut down on the length exercises and limit it to just the Long Shlong Heli for the time being? The way I see it is the more length exercises the better the gains. I really hate to not be able to perform them for a few days because I feel that I would lose what I have gained so far. Also I have another question. I heard that ONLY and STRICTLY jelqing for about 30 - 40 min. a day (more than 500 jelqs) can give gains of 1-3 inches in length and 1-2 in girth in a years time. Is this true? Because if thats the case I'd just cut down on the length exercises and rely on the stretcher. Thanks for the help.

My Current stats are
EL - 6.75
EG - 5.25
BPEL - 7.25 (I guess half inch is lost to body fat)

My short term goal is 7.25 nbp EL and 5.50 EG
My long term goal is 8 x 6

:) Greetings Trance4102 - Welcome to the Mens-Network Forum.

Take a days rest and the swelling should go down. You may also apply a cold compress to assist this, but it is probably not necessary.

You may continue doing your jelqs if you'd like...as it is true that jelqing is one of the main key PE exercises towards obtaining gains. However, you may want to modify your workout routine as your penis becomes acclimated to the stress' that you are implementing upon it.

Eventually, you will customize a workout routine that is appropriate towards the achievement of your gains.

Good luck, my friend, and keep us posted with your progress. ;)
