doesnt matter at all guyz - get as much sex as u can and practice controlling ur orgasms by contracting the PC muscle when u feel u are about to ejaculate.

Sometimes I like to warm up with a rag and do a lil stretching before sex. It gives me that plump flacid look. This is a contraversial issue, some people say that you should not have sex the same day you PE, others say that PE and sex have no impact on each other besides the better sex :), I have read alot about the 3 hour unwritten rule, that is you should wait 3 hours before and after PE to orgasm, otherwise the blood may flush from you penis causing it to go back to its shrunken state.

Really the best thing is do what feels right, if you think that it is slowing your gains, then don't do it. I myself stick by the 3 hour rule, I don't masturbate that often and have sex probably 3-4 times a week, but I have read alot of people who masturbate right after they are done PEing because it just feels right.

There is no proof or research behind the theorys, I have heard that over-masturbating causes the dick to have weakened erections, and that it may also lead to premature ejaculation.

Just thought I would give you my 2 cents on the topic.
