Been doing the program 4 a couple of weeks now, and can "milk the cow" 4 30mins, without getting any red spots or bruising even when not "warming up". Therefore, is there any point in doing a warm up, if my penis can handle going straight into the excerices?
Secondly, still had no gains, but my penis doesn't even seem bigger straight after my workout, apart from being a bit red and warm. I looked at a penis pump site, and it said that ur penis would be temporarily bigger after a pumping session and would give u an indication of what ur future size would be. Should this be the same idea for a natural workout? Please help us out, this is my first post and would really appreciate some advice. Sorry this is so long.
