Penis Health describes making your gains permanent. I moved this information to it's own thread just so it would be easier to describe how to find it using the search feature. The description goes a little bit beyond the PH information.

First: Cement your gains. When you reach the size that you want continue your PE program for another 4 to 5 weeks.

Second: The weening phase. Whatever your workout is cut in half, and do this for one week. Cut it half again and do this for one more week. Do 200 jelqs a day for 7 days in a row.

Third: In the flacid state wrap your penis in an ice wrap and hold for three minutes, then do a warm wrap for 5 minutes. Do this everyday for 5 days.

Is all of this proven scientifically, No! This is a combination of forum knowledge, cementing. PH recommendations, weening. The cold wrap has been suggested in several places including the PH site. I made up the 5 day duration of the cold wrap/hot wrap routine. I have not seen anything specifying a particular length of time. 5 days seemed like a reasonably conservative approach.

I would say that if you follow these recommendations you'll have a pretty good chance of keeping your PE gains. I'm not planning on quitting for a long time, but when I do I'm going to follow the exact advice I just gave you.

I would strongly advise not quit PE completely. Try something like this. Two days a week do 20 reps of 30 sec. LS Heli's and 200 jelqs with proper warmup/warmdown, or three days a week with 10 reps of Heli and 100 jelqs. During the week continue to do 200 PC flexes per day. This would be a lifetime maintence program. Where did this come from? I made it up because I think that it would be a good plan.

Are you saying whatever your workout it is, do half of it for a week. Then half of that the next week. Then for the 3rd week do 200 jelqs a day for a straight week no matter what your routine was? Sorry, for being confused.

You can never stop the PE program... just tone it down?

Technically you could stop, but why. Will you stop going to the gym, etc. As you get older you will find that a regular routine is nothing but good.

I haven't done any active PE in years. I still do lots of stamina work, and that has maintained all of my gains.

Now I'm working rgulary with PE, but few monthes later I used to harm my P, and evry time and because the injuries were too bad, I stopped many times, each time was for about a week, And after evry break I lost the recent gains.
So I lost the last inch for five times.
Now I'm really wonder, are the gains really permanent? I mean will it last for ever or we have to make further inch or more from our goals to assure!?
Did any body stop for a year and didn't loose any gains?

Thank You

Merged with appropriate thread ;)

Hi mate,
This thread will explain how to make your gains permanent. I find it hard to believe that you lost ALL of your gains, especially if we are tallking an inch! I stopped PE for approx 17 months and lost 4mm of uncemented length from my 25mm+ of gain and a small amount of my girth gains. I regained my losses quickly when I recommenced and have gained more since.

Cheers
Dazz
