I have a lot of questions that I need to ask so if some of you guys would like to take the time and clear things up for me I would greatly appreciate it. When I reach a certain size I plan on going with the size genetics system in hopes that it would aid me in reaching my long term goal of 8X6. One of my questions is do I still have to continue manual stretching with long shlong exercises if I'm going to be wearing a stretching device from anywhere of about 8 - 12 hours a day? Also do I just completely stop with the manual streching or do I just cut down on them and stop doing them slowly while the penis becomes accustomed to the device? I'll still continue jelqing for abut 40 minutes a day (500+ jelqs) while I'm on the size genetics system though. My short term goal however is to reach 7.25 X 5.50 in a matter of 2 - 4 months. I'm currently around 6.50 - 6.75 in erect length X 5.25 in girth. Does that goal seem realistic? I did manage to gain about a half inch in my first month and .25 in girth. What really concerns me though is that I will be going on vacation in a little over a month and I don't know how I will find the time to continue with my PE routine for those 2 - 3 weeks of vacation. I really don't want to lose gains or be set back. Is PEing like bodybuilding in which it is faster to get your gains back after you lost them? I know that the penis is not a muscle but I see a lot of similarities in PEing and bodybuilding. I don't even want to think of losing the gains I made over that little time but I want to know if there is a way that I can keep them while keeping exercise routines very short with few minutes and few days. More like a maintenace routine until I am able to ge back into my normal routine. Thanks for the help.

If you read all the hype, what they are really saying is to address the size issue from three fronts. Size genetics, PE. and PSP. They don't claim that you should pick one and leave the others out. The problem is that each of these three methods advertises like it is the only thing that you need. Personally, I have always followed the PE route, but that doesn't mean that combining the three approaches won't result in quicker gains. My point is that you should combine all three approaches. Your goals are very realistic, and if you stick with things you will meet them. As far as the break, two to three weeks off is not going to kill your gains. I would suggest trying to keep the momentum going by doing 10 reps @ 30 sec. each every time you go to the bathroom, toilet stretches, while on vacation, or at least for several of your bathroom breaks. You don't need warmup/down for such a short exercise session. The main point is to calm down and just be logical.
