can you split your workout into two different times a day and sitll reciece good results. for example can i do lengh excercises int he morning the then to girth at night. or do 100 jelqs or so in the morning and then do another 100 later on?

also i've been on the patches for a few weeks now but haven't been doing much pe. if i start a workout with 10 minuts of stretching and about 200 jelqs a day how long do you think it will be until i start seeing some results? thanks

Ya alot of people split their routines.

And results vary with everyone. Some gain fast some don't. The only way you'll definitly see results is by sticking to it.

Why not just do length twice, instead of splitting...
