1. i did a similar routine before, and it suggested using a heating pad for a warm up, which i did for about 15 minutes with warm up stretches in between(long schlong i think)..is this valid?
2.on the sample routine is says do milk the cow from 1-7 minutes, but in the milk the cow section is suggests 20-25 minutes? which is correct?
3. in regards to pc flex,i also believed you should do atleast 1000 a day...is this true? should you only do them with the rest of the exercises? also, should you atleast be partially erect?
4. should you also repeat the warm up at the end of your routine?
thanks for the help

That reminds me... I forgot to turn on my heating pad. 15 minutes is a lot. Make sure it's good and toasty and it should to the trick in 5. Not that anything is wrong with 15. I would cook my wiener if I did 15 mins though :)

One is more for beginners to get then acustomed to the excercises. Ease into it so the penis doesn't get damaged by sudden vigorous excercise. I usually go until the head of my penis is hard and the whole thing hangs heavy. I primarily do Jelqs.

I lack neither the time nor the strength to do 1000 flexes! I do about 100, I hold each flex for about three seconds though. After that I am pretty worked out.
4. should you also repeat the warm up at the end of your routine?
That a roger ghostrider, I asked the same question because I hated having to go to the bathroom again for the cool down. Was told it's as important as the warm up. Which is important!
Since I got the heating pad it's no hassle now though.

Oops I forgot, about the PC flexes. It is not necessary to be erect. It is recommended because it moves as you do them so you know that you are in fact flexing the ight thing. Once you have that down you can do them while driving to work.

There are many methods to warm-up. It all depends on your circumstances and what method you prefer. Find the one that suits you best. The same goes for the cool down, too!
As for the jelq durations, and as a beginner just starting out with PE, it is advisable to get acquainted with the proper techniques and correct nuances of how to perform them, in order to get the most out of it, as well as helping to reduce any potential injuries. And about 5 minutes, or whatever the routine calls for that you are currently doing, is enough time to get in some quality jelqs without causing yourself undue damage. In my opinion, 20-25 minutes is too much for a beginner just starting out PE.
As for Pc flexes, there is no set number that you have to perform. Whether it is 100, 300, or 1000, it varies from person to person, and what you want out of PC flexes is a quality workout, not just a going-through-the-motions type of workout. A so-so workout will only yield you so-so results! Do them properly!
