Do you have to warmup before doing stretches? I know you have to for girth work but do you have to for stretching? THanks in advance.

If your just doing some light stretches, say 5 to 10 minutes when you go to the bathroom, "toilet stretches," then you don't need a warmup/down. If your going to do a serious stretch session, then you should include a warmup/down. Always better to be safe.

Take a look at the INFRAMAX (infrared lamp) thread since this is the most effective, comfortable and nearly no cost method of deep warming up!
Take a look at the pics in this thread and you will see that i am right!
