been on the program 15 days now, doing an extensive 50 miniute workout a day so far gained 0.5 inches on length and 0.2 girth, hope this continues!

Wow. Hehehe. That's great. I've been doing the program for 9 days. No gains yet :-((.
35 minutes a day, every day. Won't stop though. I'll have to see some results soon I hope.

Well I spend more time doing the program now. About 45-50 minutes.
Most of that time is spent on jelq. I'd say about 3 minutes for the PC excercise, and about the same for stretching. So about 40 mins purely on jelq.
1 inch = 2.54 cm for those more familiar with the metric system. I had to look it up, coz I'm more comfortable with that.
That means he gained 1.25cm. Sheesh....15 days!!
With measurements however, I get inconsistent results with about 0.5cm smaller/bigger thing happening.
I can't see any results yet, but am I supposed to? Too early???

It depends, some people see results alot quicker than others as this post illustrates with 2 contrasting experiences, whatever you do though stick at it, the time is worth it. Try spending a little more time on the stretching exercises and a technique that worked well for me was to vary the jelq doing it while semi erect and fully erect.

Just in case you didnt know people , About 1 and half years ago I started PE gained altogether now an impressive (well it is to me!) 2.1 inch length and 0.7 inch girth so It can happen for you as well. If you want me to post my old workouts just shout!

also I persuaded Darren to setup some links in this section to many more PE Forums with alot of advice, coming sooN!

I just started working out a couple of weeks ago and I don't have a set routine as of yet... but here's my routine anyways in case it helps...

First week

*Warm up 8-10 minutes
*3 sets of stretches in all directions, holding for 20 secs
*300 hundred jelq's then I changed to 400 half way through
*cool down
*200-300 pc's

Second week

*Warm up 8-10 minutes
*2 sets of stretches(I hurt myself in week 1) all directions for 20 secs
*500 hundred jelq's(now this part is kind of different) 4 alternating sets of 25 to warm up, so 2 sets of 25 with each hand... 1 set of 100 alternating hands... 2 sets of 50 with, one set with each hand... a final set of 200 alternating hands ... I add squeezes when ever I want...
*cool down
*300-400 pc's

I've gained an 1/8" in both length and girth... I started out with a length of 7" so for right now I'm not to worried with length gains...

I'll keep you posted as I increase my workouts...

i'm just starting the program and i have no clue were to begin. I would like to get longer and thicker with max results. whats the best workout i could use? and will i be receiving any info in the mail with my membership?

You will receive no info in the mail. When first starting the best thing to do is read trhough ALL the exercises and spend the time on it the exercise write up says. This insures you know exactly how to do the exercises, then progress onto the workouts and setup a workout plan with length and girth techniques plus others like warmups etc. Every 2 weeks or month vary the workout so you dont reach a plateau.

I use the workout plans and vary my exercises, do about 35 mins a day. 5 days a week.

i have been using the program for a month and still no gains. How long should the workouts last and how often i really need help cos i am getting ready to cancel

what was your program set as? did you use the pills? and how fast did you see the results ? and have you stopped doing the exersizes ? if you did, did you keep the gains?

Nice gains. I wish that I could gain that quickly. I've been doing 40 minute sessions 3 days on 1 off for about 1 and a half months and have seen about a 0.5 inch erect gain in length and no girth gain and I'm quite pleased with that. You must be extatic! Keep up the good work.
