Hi,

My name is Gary, I am 27 and have just joined up to penis-health.com.

I have a question about the PC Basic Flex. Is it ok to do the exercise without an erection? Will it make any difference?

It's just that if I want to do this discretly in work, it isn't gonna go down too well if I'm hard - Bloody hell, they'd think I really love my job!!

Cheers,

Gary :)

flaccid PC flexes work fine. Try to do 300 reps per day. I think multiple sets of 50 reps is a good way to do it. Erect PC flexes are a good way to learn how to flex your PC, but once you know the feeling the flaccid flexes work fine.

Hi turtle,

I have one important question for you on that topic, I'm a member for a little less then 2 months now and I'm doing my PC's regularly every day, BUT...
I just can't get my PC's done without moving one of my stomach or buttocks muscles, and believe me I tried a lot focusing just on the set of PC muscles, it's always kind of moving all together. So what are the consequenses if I do my PC's and moving one of those other muscles as well, is that bad ? Cause then I really feel a squeeze and I think it's a good workout 300 of those a day.
And is it ok if I do 100 by 100 sets ?

Thanks in advance

Your buttocks is attached to your pc so no wonder it moves too, as for your stomach I've noticed it too, and I think it's just the skin being pulled. Nothing major, it won't affect anything. If it does, then your doing too many. I know that I used to do them for one hour and I then developped lower back pains. But now I do them for 30 mins, and boom, no pains.

About this PC thing again - Am I the only one who sees no movement of the penis whilst doing these exercises? Does it take time for this to happen, or am I doing something wrong? I don't think I am though!

Maybe your PC is just very weak. Just guild up reps with time. The same thing for it moving your penis, maybe it's just not strong enough yet.

Hi again,

Just done some PC exercises and there was a bit of movement this time - looks like my lax muscle is finally kicking into action!

And although I've only just started with the exercises I have noticed that my erections are stronger already. Maybe this has more relation to a growth in confidence rather than as a result of the exercises? Who knows eh?!!
