could everybody tell me their "workout"
routine, their gains and how long they have been on their routine.

I have been on the program 2 months and I have gained 1 inch in girth and 1.1 inch in length - i worked out using the program given to me by the free consultation.
2 mins to warmup and cooldown (1 min each)
15 mins milking
5 mins Pc/Pub muscle
5 mins long shlong

Doesn't the program suggest that you do the PC's before milking? That milking is most important after PC's? Curious...
