I have trouble with the man-on-top (missionary) position. Something about it just hits me the right way and I can't last more than 2-3 minutes.

However, with the woman-on-top, I still love the feeling but am able to last 20+ minutes unless my wife goes extremely slow full length of the shaft. She knows this and really likes to be able to control (to some extent) how long it takes me to orgasm.

So for me, position matters... You might try it, it might work for you too.
