Is the pubococcygeus muscle the same muscle as the Pub muscle, located between the scrotum and anus?

What do I do push on it until I feel my penis rise?

Also does one hand stay at base of penis while the other moves in the girth exercise?

Its the same muscle.

To locate the pub/pc muscle.

Go to the toilet and start to wee, now in midflow try and stop weeing the muscle u use to stop is the pub/pc muscle and is the one you should be tensing when doing the pub flexes.
